Terms of use
Clip Ripple is a personal, independently run video site. By using it you agree to the following, which is deliberately short and in plain language:
- Your content stays yours. Uploading gives this site permission to store, transcode and display your videos to the audience you choose — nothing more. Delete a video and that permission ends.
- Only upload what you have the right to upload. No stolen content, no content depicting or exploiting minors, no illegal material. Such content is removed and accounts are banned without discussion.
- Be a human being. Harassment, hate, spam and impersonation get content removed and accounts warned, suspended or banned at the moderators' discretion.
- No warranty. This is a personal project offered as-is. It may go down, break or close. Keep copies of anything you care about.
- Enforcement. Reports are reviewed by the site owner. Decisions are final, though you can reply to any moderation notice via the contact address below.
